PRIVACY POLICY
For the purpose of those regulations foreseen on Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Protection of Personal Data, Oihane Pardo Pérez (Amarenak, from now on) with Tax Identification Card 72504679P informs the user of the existence of a file of personal data called Web Contacts, which aims to provide information on the products and services offered by the company.
SUBMISSION AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The submission of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information on the services provided by Amarenak. Additionally, not providing the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy involves the impossibility of subscribing, registering or receiving information on said services.
In accordance with Organic Law 15/99 of December 13 on Protection of Personal Data, we hereby let you know that the personal data obtained as a consequence of your submission of personal data will be added to a file belonging to Amarenak, located at CCIC Tabakalera, Pza de las Cigarreras 1, 4ª KutxaKultur Enea, 20012 Donostia, having implemented all the safety measures established at RDLOPD 1720/2007.
ACCURACY AND VERACITY OF THE PROVIDED DATA
The User submitting information to Amarenak is the only person responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data included, exonerating Amarenak from any related responsibility.
Users guarantee and are accountable, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the provided personal data, and commit to keep them properly updated. The user accepts providing full and accurate information in the form. Amarenak is not accountable for the accuracy of the information not produced by the company and belonging to other sources; therefore, it is not accountable for any hypothetical damages that might occur as a consequence of its use either.
Amarenak is not accountable for any damages that the user might suffer as a consequence of mistakes, defects or omissions in the information provided by Amarenak, as long as it comes from sources that are external to Amarenak.
TRANSFERRING DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Amarenak shall not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in the event of transferring them to a third party, a previous notice would be produced, in order to request express consent of the person affected.
EXERCISISNG THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT
The user declares having been informed about the terms of the personal data protection, accepting and consenting for the data to be treated by Amarenak, in the way and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
CHANGES IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Amarenak reserves the right to modify this policy, in order to adapt it to new laws or jurisprudence, as well as to practices in the industry. In those cases, Amarenak shall announce the introduced changes in this website with sufficient prior notice before they are put into practice.
