• First of all, we encourage you to get in touch with us to let us know that you want to return your purchase, so we can manage it as soon as possible.
  • If when receiving your ítem of clothing you are not totally satisfied you can return it free of charge within 15 days.
  • We will refund the total cost of your item, provided that it is in perfect conditions and haven’t been used.
  • The delivery fee would be paid by the client, unless the reason of the return is a failure from our side.
  • The returns have to be done with the original packaging and in the same conditions you recived it, including wrappings, labels or any other elements. Everything should be properly and safely packed, as we do not take responsibility for any damage during the return delivery. We reserve the right to retain an amount of the refund, in case of any damage of the clothing item.
  • If you made a personalized order and it has some defect, you can always send it back to us so we can repair it without any additional cost, but we do not accept return refund in these cases.
